Villa 'Villa Gran Sol', Calpe (9985P36U1)
Inside the villa has a large dining room with table and chairs. The living room has sofas and sat-tv (languages: spanish, french, english and german) close to the living room is another small and empty room with possibility to put in another bed which has an extra cost. Glazed terrace with arm-chairs and access to the pool-terrace. Independent kitchen with gas hob, microwave, oven, coffeemaker, toaster, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine and utensils for the kitchen. This villa has 3 double bedrooms, 2 of them with 2 individual beds in each one of them and on with double bed. 1 bathroom with shower, wc and wash basin.
External: nice and enclosed plot with garden, very private, pool with built-in stairs and shower (hot and cold water), portable barbecue. A short distance leeds you to the town centre of Calpe (2,8 km) also to the sandy beach (Levante-Beach 2,8 km, promenade 2,8), to the supermarket (mercadona – 2,2 km).
Extras:
