Ground floor : living-dining room with sat-tv (languages: english, spanish, german and french), independent kitchen with gas cooker, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer and other utensils for the kitchen. 2 bedrooms (identic fotos) with 2 single beds in each one of them. One of the bedrooms has direct access to the pool. 1 guest-toilet with washbasin. 1 bathroom with bathtub, washbasin and wc.
Upper floor: (access by stairs inside the house). Large bedroom with 2 single beds and access to the solarium with views to the sea and to the pool. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and access to the solarium. 1 bathroom with bathtub, washbasin and wc. 1 bedroom with double bed and access to a small balcony. 1 bathroom with shower, wc and washbasin.
External: pool of 8x4 m with built-in stairs and jaccuzi (this service is not available for the guest). 1 shower outside, 1 covered built-in barbecue and 1 covered terrace. The Plot is completely enclosed with 900 m² and a parking for 4-5 cars.
Only 1 km (walk) and 1,7 km by car to the sandy beach “Arenal-Bol”, to the next supermarket Lidl 0,7km and to the town centre Calpe 2,8 km.
Observaciones:
Animals with a weight until 12 kg are allowed, additional cost: 30€ per stay. It’s possible to accommodate one more person, additional cost: 90 € per stay. Pleasent villa for 12 people with private pool in the area “Ortembach”, quiet zone in Calpe. Close to the beaches and the shops.
