You enter this well designed villa on the first floor where you will find the Living room and its open view to the sea, the dining room shares the same sea views and is accompanied by a well equipped kitchen that is ideal for any self catered meals. There is also a guest WC.
The second floor presents three lovely bedrooms and family bathroom. The master and second bedroom have access through patio doors to the properties second balcony and is the perfect place to start your day.
On the ground floor you will find another family bathroom which is ideal for showering off after a day spent sunbathing on the terrace and dipping into the private pool. The pool is a feature all on its own and has to be experienced to be truly appreciated. This duplex villa with private pool is located in Bogazici in a new complex with 6 individual villas.
The villa is spacious (154m2) and modern furnished with a large garden and a private pool. It is only on walking distance from the village of Bogazici where you have local shops where you can find the basics, restaurants and daily fresh fish. Every Sunday you have the local market where you can buy fresh vegetables, fruits, cheese, olives, clothing, etc…. At lesser then 300m you have a sandy beach.Configuration

The gorgeous village of Bogazici is just a 2 minute walk from the villa where you will find shops, restaurants, bars as well as a fantastic weekly market where you can pick up some of the superb local produce. The Villa is also only 300 metres from a sandy beach where you can be as active or as relaxed as you like.
Bogazici is a traditional yet lively fishing village and is the prefect setting for a relaxing beach holiday. The village itself has a good variety of shops, bars and restaurants that will keep you entertained during the day and night. The sandy beaches are just a stones throw away from the villa and are ideal for soaking up the areas fabulous sunshine. There is a fabulous local market every Sunday where you can buy fresh vegetables, fruits, cheese, olives, clothing, etc…. As Bogazici is a fishing village you will sample some of the freshest fish you have tasted with with Sea Bass and Sea Bream being a speciality.

• Cancellation from the date of booking up to 42days before the start of the rental period = 30% of the rental price
• Cancellation between 42-28days before the start of the rental period = 60% of the rental price
• Cancellation between 28-8days before the start of the rental period = 90% of the rental price
• Cancellation from 7days (1week) before arrival = 100% of the rental price
If the tenant does not use the holiday house or leaves before the end of the rental period, then there will be no refund.
