This beautiful property with two holiday homes lies in an unique panoramic position on the hills of Matraia. The estate has etensive lands (40.000 sqm) covered by meadows and olive groves where guests will find peace and tranquillity. Fellino is just the right place for a relaxing holiday and suits ideally families with children. The house can boast a beautiful terrace where it is possible to admire unforgettable sunsets. Main house: entrance into the holiday home from behind, six steps lead to an elevated ground floor where there are: kitchen with hearth/oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, table, stone. A staircase leads to the first floor: small living room with upholstered furniture, sofa and 2 chairs, which can be converted into 2 single beds (this room can be a 3th sleeping room, beautiful views), 1 bathroom with shower, wc/bidet, walkthrough living room , 2 double bedrooms each one with 1 additional single bed, 1 bathroom with shower, wc/bidet.
Fellino 1 has its own allotted outdoor space equipped with table, chairs, deckchairs and barbecue and a private pool (round, diameter 5 m, 120 cm deep) with deckchairs. Moreover, the house has a large terrace with magnificient views for communal use and furnished with table, chairs and sun umbrella.
Covered parking near the house and automatic entance gate.
Washing machine to share between both holiday homes.
All the windows are equipped with mosquito nets.
During the summer months the owner lives in an apartment on the first floor of the main house with independent entrance and garden.
The property is reached within a downhill, gravel road of roughly 500 m.
