The sourroundings of the house have a lot to offer: guests may take beautiful walks or bike rides on the hills, visit the many aristocratic villas open to the public, discover lovely hilltop villages and much more. Shops and restaurant (1 km), horse back riding (500 m) and tennis court (100 m) are located in the immediate surroundings. The art cities of Tuscany such as Florence, Pisa or Siena are within an easy drive from the house. Entrance on the ground floor: small living room with couch, piano, dining room with couch, SAT TV, kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, utility room with sink, washing machine, hydro massage shower, exercise bike, 1 bathroom with tub/shower, wc, bidet, 2 double bedrooms (in one the beds can be divided and has TV). Stairs to the 1st floor (in the middle of the stairs exit onto an external stairway leading to the garden): 1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms, 1 bathroom with tub/shower, wc, bidet, 2nd kitchen with stove, oven, fridge with small freezer compartment, dining room with single bed settee, with exit onto a spacious balcony, living room with 1 double bed settee, couch, piano. The furnishings are well cared and convenient for holidays. Parking within the grounds.
Upon request it is possible to have 3 extra beds in separate rooms, 1 double sofa-bed in the living room on the 1st floor and 1 single bed-settee within the dining room on the 1st floor (upon charge: 75.00 Euro / week for the adult and 50.00 Euro / week for the children).
Close to the swimming pool there is a outdoor kitchen and a bathroom with wc and shower.
