In this green area, the villas have all been built using the dry stones from the Bormes quarries, and they all melt into the landscape, behind the pine and cork oak trees. “Les Eucalyptus” offers a very pleasant 600m_ garden planted with trees, and it is situated at 450m from the private beach (sailing club and swimming instructor during the high season), and 250m away from tennis courts and from a small supermarket (open during the high season).
It is a ground floor villa which includes an entrance hall, a lovely living room/dining room (TV, radio, CD player, convertible 2p) with French windows leading to a terrace. The kitchen is well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, mini oven), a shower room with a toilet, a separate toilet, 2 bedrooms (1x2p, bunkbeds). Outdoor shower. 2 parking spaces.
A great diversity of activities in the immediate vicinity. La Favière is 2.5km away, Le Lavandou is 5km away, Toulon (train station) is 40km away, Saint-Tropez is 40km away. The village of Bormes is 10 minutes away and it is a few km from the Valcros Golf.
