Villa 'Villa Bagdad', Moraira (9985P34U1)
100 m², then refreshed of a plot of land totally closed and gardened 800 m ² allowing to park 2 vehicles under a covered parking.
In its inside, the house, very brilliant, adapts an ample lounge / living/dining-room with Televisión by Satellite (Astra). The kitchen, totally equipped with gas hob, detains dishwasher, microwaves, oven, coffee-machine, toaster, washing- machine and the other ustençils of cooking. It consists of 3 bed-rooms among which 2 of them with 2 simple beds and the third with 1 double bed. 2 bath-rooms totaly reformed with one shower, wash-basin and toilets each. Big covered terrace with partial views in the sea and in the swimming-pool, ideal for lunch in the free area.
Outside, a barbecue of masonry, outside-shower, swimming-pool with aluminum stairs offering a big space for sunbathings on deckchairs. A short distance will allow you to reach with ease the city center of Moraira (2,3 km), quite as in the sandy beach (Ampolla - 1,9 km), rock's creek (0,9 km) as well as in the Supermarket (Pepe La Sal - 0,80 km).
